Doing a playthrough with Sacrosanct and I love most of the changes and having much more fun with a vampire than vanilla. One thing that I'm not a fan of is the Mytherceria effect gained that makes day pass 20% faster and night pass 30% slower, since soon after you can gain resistance/immunity to sunlight.
